Upon her question, he looked to her and paused for a second. Glancing back ahead, he finally answered.
"Would you prefer a brief explanation, or a more detailed one?" He asked, still staring ahead, past the balcony and at the distant horizon. The sunset was beautiful, even if it was synthetic.
"What's the short answer?""I cannot feel Human emotion. I have very little understanding of it. I can feel, but not in the way you can. There is a feeling, yes." He stated, his face still turned towards the sky.
"And the long one?"He finally turned to her, face slightly tilted as he stared at her. "I am.." He paused, seeming to contemplate the correct words to express his thoughts. "Intrigued. By the world. By my purpose. By you.."

It took a minute to adjust to the blinding lights. Vibrant blues and white spanned his vision, radiating from the neon signs decorating the interior. He was in a club this time, standing off to the side, leaning back against a wall.
He’d have to find him, Manuel, this time, considering his own name. As he slipped out a phone from his pocket--checking the date, time, and year--he felt he was being watched.Switching off the phone and glancing up, he knew why.
Standing at the far end of the room, just outside the floor of dancing bodies, stood one, very familiar body. He’d seen it dozens, no, hundreds of times, in different forms each time.
One step, then two, then three, he gracefully crossed the sea of dancers, gaze never lingering from him.They met in the middle of the crowd, a silent understanding was shared.
He wasn’t sure how much time had passed then, seconds, minutes, perhaps more. But one thing was certain as they locked in an embrace...This was going to be a good life.

Summary
Solace in Solitude is an anthology centered around Silas-119, my original Spartan-II within the Halo universe.
Each entry explores a different moment from his life, serving as a creative sandbox to develop his character, expand his world, and share the stories that don’t necessarily fit within a larger narrative.
Not every installment is part of his main canon. Some are alternate universes, “what-if” scenarios, or standalone ideas. Whatever the case, I’ll make it clear where each story stands.
While I do my best to respect Halo’s official lore, this anthology isn’t intended to be a perfectly lore-accurate piece of the universe. Think of it as my personal love letter to Halo and its world, seen through the lens of my own Spartan.

Summary
There are some great quick-and-dirty guides to HTML on A03. This is not one of them - it is a comprehensive guide
It's now 2025, a decade later. A03 supports some new HTML and and we're all walking around reading fic on supercomputers that fit in a jean pocket. It was time to update.
The previous three chapters have been divided into smaller concepts. Each tag continues to have - at a minimum - a link to the w3schools page about it (so you can learn more), a code example, and the result of the code example. Most tags have their attributes, things like [src] or [title], listed and examples of how using the attributes modify the tags.
There's a chapter on Bad Ideas, including how some of the archive's default CSS is available to you to format your work (users can't turn that off by hiding a workskin!)
Oh. And I added a bunny army. You could learn how to add one too.
