Summary
Inuyasha just wants to get stronger. If he can compete with the other players, he might finally get a shot at a better contract and be better able to take care of his mom. But a too-late night in the gym gets him booted for a few days to take some time off, sending him to cool his head in the wilderness for a bit.
A wilderness where he stumbles upon a magical and terrifying world that holds the key to his own history.

“Why are you here?” Kagome whispers to him.
“Haunting you, I guess,” he replies.
“Will you stop?”
“Don’t know how.”
That gets him a sharp look. He can feel that dark gaze boring into him. “What do you mean?”
“Trust me, I don’t want to be here with you, either,” Inuyasha states, practically growling. “You think I want to be reminded of my—” Death. Of his death. “But wherever you go, I’m pulled there. No fucking idea as to why.”
Agent Kagome Higurashi kills Agent Inuyasha Taisho in action. Neither let go.
