Summary
There is a high possibility Liam bought a bunch of far from decent sleeveless tops after Damon paid his arms their very first compliment. Also possible he might have cut off sleeves of a shirt or one he knew he'd prefer with less fabric anyway. Damon loved it for sure, called them killer arms he did.
And because Liam never attempted to pick him up again, Damon remained blissfully unaware that on top of acquiring a new level of looks for Damon to thirst over, he also steadily managed to become a lot stronger, perhaps even stronger than he looks.
Because yes, as established, Damon, just like anyone with functioning eyesight, notices his arms. However, what he doesn't notice is the core strength, the balance, the years of gradually turning himself into someone who can, in fact, lift Damon Albarn without immediately suffering a catastrophic system failure.

Summary
His heart jumps and as the train glides along another screaming patch of tracks a desperate curiosity hits him. This vitality hits him. Liam’s hand possessively pressing into his hip. There’s a swell in his stomach and suddenly he feels like hes going to cry. He closes his eyes and takes a deep breath, considering cracking the seal on his bottle and gulping shamelessly.
[In the midst of trying to curate a new Blur album and struggling with self doubt and insecurity Damon wakes up in bed with Liam Gallagher, totally unsure how he got there. He leaves only to find himself back again the next morning.]

Summary
Six months of secret late night hookups become public when a photo of Liam with an obvious hickey is plastered on the front page of The Sun.
