Summary
Shortly after becoming human again, Nox finishes one of his long baths before dinner and finds himself looking very closely at himself in the mirror. What follows is his memories of being an orphan long ago, his time as a key, and his thoughts on humanity as a whole and then how he views himself.
As a survivor, Nox is in the process of healing. This fic is an idea of what that might look like when he first becomes human again.
