Kunikida hoped the man still had bruises from that day. “I updated everything I needed to. No gimmicks, shenanigans, mischief, or rascality of any kind.”
Kunikida gave Dazai his best glare. “Dazai.”
“Did you not even read the updates I made? You can’t call me that anymore, it isn’t my name!”

Summary
He tuned out Fukuzawa' speech. He didn't need to listen to know what had happened: Fukuzawa had needed a favour; Mori-san had had the power to grant it. For the right price, of course.
Didn't take him much to add everything up and find the right answer: there was only one thing that the Agency had that could interest the Port Mafia. He felt Ranpo-san's eyes on him, and stubbornly didn't raise his to meet them.
He feebly wondered who Mori-san had named, in the end. Like it mattered, really.
Ah, Odasaku, he thought. You'd be very proud of me, now.
He got up, and everybody turned to him. He pointed to himself.
“I volunteer.”
(Or, the Agency pays its debt.)

Summary
Mori should have thought about it before choosing Dazai as the agency member who would go to the Mafia. Dazai doesn't do anything without him wanting to do it and dazai certainly didn't want to go back to the mafia so he made it everyone's problem.
