A post-season 2 fic with a focus on Ekko struggling to handle his grief when he thinks Jinx is gone. Not only about Ekko (this is timebomb after all! Jinx will be involved, check out the tags) but I think his perspective is interesting and under-explored.

But when he found her broken body near the burning council tower, he couldn’t just leave her there, even when she didn’t care if she lived or died.
On the other side of the mirror, another version of him lives a peaceful life with her. She who never crossed the monster's path. She who never became Jinx.
