Summary
As they’re both falling, plunging down towards the sea, Hannibal wraps his body around Will’s more tightly, sheltering it from the outside world. The smallest of smiles spreads on his lips. If he gets to die like this, with Will Graham in his arms, finally having given in to his true nature, he won’t regret dying.
After the fall, Hannibal drags an unconscious Will out of the water and has to make a decision – save Will and give up his freedom or run and let Will die.

Marty doesn’t turn. Marty mutters under his breath, “Sanctimonious prick,” and Marty leaves.
They arrest Rust twenty-one days later.
