Summary
In an Alternate Universe, Soulless!Sam and Demon!Dean exist at the same time. Since Sam lost his soul, he is no longer in love with Dean. Though Dean is a demon, he is still in love with Sam. The discrepancy makes Dean angry, and he takes his rage out on Sam by violently beating and fucking him every night. Sam doesn’t mind; he is still addicted to demon blood and is happy to submit to Dean’s harsh treatment in exchange for Dean’s blood.
