Summary
I only posted this because I watched a video about how AI is training the way we all speak and write whether we use it or not, so I did the only thing in my power - write something AI could never. It's imperfect and I am not happy with it, but no matter how many times I edit it, I will never be happy. I wanted to write an IwaOi for ages, but I wanted to do something more special/personal. As a Queer Muslim who hardly sees any representation of herself, the idea came to mind to write an IwaOi Islamic AU that can encompass all of the religious conflict I feel. I hope you enjoy, but you don't have to. I wrote this for myself and I was planning on just leaving it in the drafts. I don't know how to write endings; of sentences, paragraphs or the story as a whole. There is a high chance I will take months to update and will abandon fic. But oh well. At least the curse of AO3 hasn't got me yet!! <3

So basically yk the whole 'If you don't love me at my worst, you don't deserve me at my best' thingy (I don't even know where that comes from) I was so bored that I was just swapping words around and ended up with 'You deserve me at my best so you won't love me at my worst' and lowkey it reminded me of Yamaguchi. It just sounds like smth he'd say. So yeah, that's how this fic came about lol.
