It honestly feels more like a prison than a hospital.
The one saving grace is that, being open air, birds can fly into it and perch on said tree.
Swann has always been fond of birds, she loved watching them go about their carefree bird lives.
Thankfully for her, birds love Swann too, so she often had a friend sat beside her or even perched on her head.
Her auburn hair does look a lot like a bird's nest, she supposed."OR, A hospital AU where both Swann and Kat have ALL, and all the adults in this story are kinda awful.
