Summary
It took the majority of his life, but Yuta Okkotsu finally found a place he belonged. Surrounded by his friends, and continuously mentored by a supportive (albeit immature) teacher figure, he finally felt content in his life. That is until it is cruelly taken away in the form of a forced trip abroad. Now, he is forced to come to terms with the fact that all that he has gained will soon be lost.
Meanwhile, Gojo has become aware of some sort of sinister plan being conducted by the Conservatives which threatens his students.
Will Yuta be able to make peace with himself before he leaves? Will his friends realize the shape he's in? Can Gojo find a way to keep his students safe?
An attempt to create a fluff story with a bit more of a nuanced narrative. Though if you are looking for some of that sweet serotonin inducing Yuta/Maki fluff, the parts of the story involving it can be read on their own without too much context :)
