"L'ance…?" Keith slurred, his eyes barely open and sleep heavy in his voice.
A little tug went through Lance's heart at the sweet sound of his name on his love's lips. Gently tilted Keith's chin up and placed a chaste kiss to his lips, the other melting into it sleepily.
"Shhhh… Go to sleep, baby…" He murmured against his mouth before placing another firm kiss against them, feeling some chap-ness.

"Don' fee'l good…" He managed to whimper out as he curled in on himself more. He felt horrible— his stomach was tossing and turning like a washing machine and it felt like his insides were burning.
Very gently, Lance rubbed Keith's stomach and felt how bloated it was under his cool hands. Lanced cooed as he continued rubbing in a circular motion, "I know, baby… I know. It's gonna be okay…"
He shook his head and cried, "No, 's notttt—" He tried to whine with hot red cheeks. He felt so embarrassed. He had been resisting throwing up for 20 minutes now and it took Lance having to press on his stomach while weakly protesting to finally get there. It was horrible.

Keith gets food poisoning which results in vomit and bathroom issues. Fortunately, Lance takes it in stride and takes care of his sickly boyfriend.

Summary
Lance moved forward, looking at the mostly eaten cake before carefully shoving it on the nightstand, letting it knock over the random junk on top. Gingerly, Lance sat next to him and put a hand on his back, rubbing warm circles while a concerned expression etched onto his face.
"Talk to me. What's wrong?" He questioned in a hushed voice, eyes tracking the chocolate stains and dried tears on his boyfriend's face.
The ache worsened.
He tried to open his mouth to explain but then his lips retreated back to being closed. Suddenly, it felt like a knot was in his throat and his jaw felt tense and achy.
Before he could stop it, his face crumpled into his hands with his mouth falling open with sobs. "I-I miss my dadddd,"

Keith has binge-eating disorder and binges to cope with the grief of his father. Lance finds him post-binge and stays with him despite Keith's insecurities. With Lance's help, Keith starts to recover but its a long journey to heal his relationship with food.
