Summary
Hunt, Preservation, Remembrance, Destruction – to many, these are just names, used to denote something as vague and elusive as a Path. A regular person may go their entire little life without ever coming into contact with those Paths, blissfully unaware of how these unseen forces steer the lives of humanity just outside of their field of vision.
A seemingly fortuitous phone call brings a humble housekeeper on the twilight side of the law aboard the Xianzhou Luofu, into a quiet house that serves as a temporary dwelling for a tormented Stellaron Hunter. The abandoned house in the Alchemy Commission becomes a stage for her own isolation and alchemical journey towards meaning; a journey riddled with perils she cannot face with her body, wounds that she cannot mend, and questions she never had to face before.
Is destiny inherently unjust? Who decides who is worthy of grace? Are we all just slaves to the quiet rhythm of the stars, or is there something more to it than merely living to die?
Perhaps, one day, dreams will bring an answer.

Summary
