Izuku leaves for America for six months; Shouto fights his way into the Top 5 Hero Rank, takes out Godzilla, reconnects with a criminal, adopts a cat, and has several belated emotional crises (not necessarily in that order). He might also be in love with Bakugou, but that's another problem altogether.
Izuku probably shouldn't leave him to his own devices anymore.

“What day is it?” Derek demanded.
“What?”
“The day! What day is today?!” Derek let Stiles go, but only so he could reach into his pocket and pull out his phone. He tapped at the home screen, and then went so perfectly still that Stiles was pretty sure this guy wasn’t human. No human could stand that still.
When it was clear Derek wasn’t going to move again without some prompting, Stiles said, “It’s Wednesday.”
“That’s impossible,” Derek whispered.
“Not really, it comes around every seven days.”
“This is impossible,” Derek said again, looking around himself, as if he was searching for something.

Summary
After an unfortunate bet made with one Scott McCall, Stiles has to be nice to Isaac Lahey. Though Scott’s lack of terms leaves room for a loophole: Stiles only has to be nice in front of Scott. Cue the inevitable mind fuck Isaac is forced to go through as Stiles’ behavior goes from familiar to fake, and as their heads butt far too often and far too close for them to be considered just frenemies.
