“Hey, dumbass. Where do you think you’re going?”
Gintoki stops in his tracks, and blinks for a while, unsure what Hijikata wants with him. He lowers the towel he used to dry his hair, and raises an eyebrow. “Um, I’m going to sleep?”
A look of absolute despair crosses his lover’s face, who just shakes his head, as if he can’t believe what he’s hearing. “Just like that? Not even drying your hair? No brushing? Nothing at all?”
Hijikata finds out Gintoki never even tried to take care of his hair, and thinks it's a lost cause anyway. He decides to prove him wrong.
