Summary
The first time Nino says sayang, Sakti almost choked on his rice. In the reminiscent of their first date, Nino quickly goes to Sakti's side, rubbing his back slowly but surely. "Sayang, are you okay?"
"I-I'm fine." Sakti says, in between violent bouts of cough.
When Nino use sayang in bed, whispering it knowingly to Sakti's ear, he comes embarrassingly fast, wetting Nino's fingers before they even fully naked. But somehow, whenever he tries to force out the word he so desperately wants to say back, it just won't seem to come out of his lips. Nino, as usual, is patient about it. Never force Sakti to say it back. Never look back expectantly at Sakti with disappointment stare whenever he didn't say it back.
One of these days, he swears. And soon.

Summary
Sakti's original plan was this : ditch Nino after watching the movie, then drop Meimei home while avoiding all question about his, what, sex friend? They only did it once.
Obviously, it doesn't work. Why the hell did he think it's going to work in the first place is a mystery. Because of course Meimei just have to be her usual courteous self. She was raised by a courteous mother after all, rest her soul. "Nino, do you have a ride home? It's quite late."
Sakti and Meimei walks towards the direction of the lower parking lot, while Nino glances towards the direction of the mall's main gate. "No, but it's fine, Mei, I'll just take a taxi home."
Meimei tsks disappointedly, just like she did when one of their client started their meeting by asking stupid things. "Nonsense! Sakti's going to drop me home. He can drop you right after, right?"
"Mei-" Sakti starts protesting.
"Right?" She says, glaring at Sakti with her 'You're being weird and I'm not afraid to use baby pictures of you as a bargaining chips.'
Sakti sighs. "Fine. Hop in the back, Nino, I'll drop you home."

Summary
He didn't notice it before, maybe too busy with socializing, studying, and building his career as architect. The fleeting thoughts that he had regarding men never really bothered him, until he moved to a new, bigger gym, and saw that guy .
The first time Sakti saw what he labelled as "Hot Gym Guy", he thought he had a heart attack. His heart beats fast (one would say too fast), as his eyes kept focusing on the way the guy's pectoral moved when he bench pressed. He followed a random sweat as it ran down the man's temple to his neck, joining its friends pooling between the collarbones then disappeared down to the man's chest underneath his shirt. By god, he wants to lick it clean.
Maybe the man felt the eyes on him as he turned, and Sakti quickly ran away before the other can spot him, cursing his stupid hormone being horny at random guys.
And anyway, he's not gay. Right?

"This is my coin." The man said, surprised. Then he gaped, angrily shouting and pointing at Shadow's face. "That's my fuckin’ coin, you thief!"
Shadow bristled. "I'm not a thief." Not now, anyway. He paused, turning over the coin in his hand. "Sure this is yours? Found it on the ground after it hit my leg."
"Hit yer leg? There's no fuckin’ way it would—" Now he truly looked up at him, frowning as he realised where they stood. "That's Wednesday's house. We're in his front yard."
Shadow's mouth quirked up, amused. "Nice observational skill you have there." Wednesday didn't shy away from a show, and there was a big Odin's logo at front with a fancy writing of 'Wednesday' in gold font. No one ever missed it. Well, except this guy, apparently. "Truly, you have a dizzying intellect."
"Fuck. You." He walked away after snatching the coin, giving him the middle finger without even so much as a thank you.
"Hey, you're welcome!" Shadow shouted at the man's retreating back. "Asshole."

Shadow almost chuckled at the wide, shocked look he got, until he thought better of it. Any time he managed to shut him up without the use of violence, Shadow'll count that as a win. The Irish man gritted his teeth as he glared directly at him, probably hoping that the sight will burn right through his head. "For fuck's sake." and for a brief moment, he could see those nicotine-stained fingers tightened around the head of his bottle. "Did that cunt put you up to this?"

“You fucked him,” Buck says, easy as two plus two.
“I mean—” and Eddie cuts himself off immediately. He doesn’t know if correcting Buck and saying he fucked me is the best course of action at this point.
Buck stares, almost hopeful, as if expecting Eddie to follow it up with a negative on the accusation. I mean, that’s not what happened or, I mean, that’s clearly lotion on the bed, dumbass. Buck stares and stares, and the hope withers and dies, and he finally lets out a short, disbelieving laugh that doesn’t quite reach his eyes.
“Jesus, Eddie. So what— what, you fuck men now? Were you even gonna tell me?”
Or, Eddie sleeps with the Boston firefighter, and Buck takes it about as well as you'd expect. What's a little roughhousing between friends, anyway?

The doctor tilts her head to the only source of warmth in the cold, hospital room. “And who’s he?”
Buck’s eyes drift to Eddie, hungry for the sight of him. They fall upon the tense line of Eddie’s shoulders, the firm press of otherwise plump lips, watching like the very air in his lungs depend on Buck’s answer.
“That’s Eddie,” Buck answers, and the smile sneaks up on him. “Eddie Diaz. My partner.”
There. Relief washes through Eddie in a visible wave: his shoulders drop, features relaxing with the soft push of an exhale. Buck warms at the sight. Right answer.

Buck freezes, staring wide-eyed at his wall as though with enough conviction he could render it transparent. On the other side, Eddie lies in bed, unaware his phone is still connected, still broadcasting sound through Buck’s speakers. Where he’s awake, where he's watching—
