Well, most of them...Everyone is trying to transition back into life while maintaining the relationships they made in the circus, for better or for worse.

“Well,” Jax finally said, a smile tugging at his lips as he reached over with his clean hand, draped it around Pomni’s shoulders, and pulled her closer. “I think if you keep sending me pictures of kangaroos and your beautiful selfies, I can survive two weeks without you.”
“You’re that confident?” Pomni replied slyly, letting herself slump against him and look up at him with a mischievous sparkle in her eyes.
“At least I hope so,” he said.
