Summary
A sudden storm on the way to I-Island brings a plane and UA University student Midoriya Izuku crashing into the middle of the ocean.
As luck would have it, Izuku is saved from the fate of drowning at sea by the appearance of a nearby lighthouse. A lighthouse containing the statue of a man, a banner with a slogan, and a bathysphere that leads Izuku to a city, forgotten amidst the ocean floor.
