Within the Castle of Lions, something is definitely amiss.
No matter how much they try, the healing pods won't work. Not even after Coran restarts the whole system, not when Pidge snoops for potential coding errors and not when Lance decides to just hit one of the capsules thinking it would fix it like you would an old television.
