Technoblade Whatever-The-Hell-His-Last-Name-Was was never meant to be somebody important. Running away from the Orphanage when he was six, living his life as a homeless child with nowhere to go. He got by easily enough, and knew how to fend for himself in probably the worst place to be homeless, so there wasn’t really any issues.
Technoblade was never supposed to be important. He was supposed to die a nobody.
Until he woke up one day with wings.
Wings that only the Royal Family would have.

Every god has chosen someone to be their angel. The god of Time, Chaos, even Death. They have all chosen their angel to represent them on earth, to protect the mortal plane. People who already had power in the realm- people of royalty.
The only one who has never chosen an angel is the God of Blood. They never have. It was speculated that they were evil- that they hated angels and wanted to kill the gods and everyone else.
Until he saw a homeless Technoblade and pulled a Philza.

Summary
Look, all Percy wanted to do was stop by the Chase Space just in case Annabeth's dead uncle had anything useful in his library for their classes. Spending a few days with Magnus was just an added bonus.
What he WASN'T expecting was to become an overnight sensation by telling some bigot off (okay maybe he also socked him in the face but still)
Turns out his beliefs, which he thought were pretty normal, are actually quite radical... in the Mortal world that is, and a lot of people love it
