Summary
Despite everything life throws at him, Peter continues to try and help as many people as possible. To do this, he frequently teams up with Daredevil and Deadpool. And sure, Peter may have decided not to tell these two he's just a teenage boy in a mask, but so what? What they don't know can't hurt them.
Until it can.
(Slow burn of Peter Parker and Team Red. I just wanted an excuse to have Spider-Man do Spider-Man things cause I'm an addict. But also, I have an idea for a cool villain and plan to have Peter eventually get adopted by Matt and Wade. Just be patient, gang.)

Summary
Steve looked up to see a soft man with hair that reminded him of Bucky’s, but blond and better kept. He was wearing a suit with the air of someone who wears suits because it is part of their job, not because they particularly want to.
His tie had dinosaurs on it.
He held out a hand for Steve to shake: “Foggy Nelson.”
“Steve Rogers.”
“What can I do you for, Mr. Rogers? Before Karen accidentally poisons you with her atrocious coffee.”
The woman in question threw a little rubber duck at him. It bounced off his shoulder. Nelson ignored it, so Steve decided it was probably a common occurrence. In all honesty, Steve thought he probably deserved it, but he hadn't tried the coffee yet.
“I’m not actually here for myself," he said. "My friend, James Barnes. Spider-Man said you guys could help.”
From what he'd seen so far, he wasn't convinced.
In which Nelson and Murdock are set to defend Bucky Barnes for the Winter Soldier's crimes, and nothing ever goes smoothly.

Peter takes his hand, helping him stand. "I'm fine, Matt. We're alone. But we- we aren't where we're supposed to be."
Matt frowns, head tilting. "Did the portal teleport us to a different part of the city?" Peter presses his lips into a thin line, rubbing the back of his head in thought.
Strange said it was meant to send the other versions of him back to their rightful universes — but what did that mean for someone who was already in their universe?
The answer? Nothing good.

Matt sighs. "Like what?"
"Like..." Peter gestures, Matt catches the shift of displaced air. "Like a gargoyle who went to Catholic school."
Matt goes very still.
Peter immediately makes a tiny, strangled sound. "Oh my God, that was rude. I didn't mean- well, I meant it, but not in a bad way, more in like a... a respectfully haunted architecture way-"

When May is transferred out of town for a few months, Peter insists on staying in Queens to keep up with school and patrols. The only problem is that someone has to keep an eye on him...and Peter, stubbornly determined to manage on his own, convinces her he'll stay behind with a trusted adult. Unfortunately, the only trusted adult Peter can think of is Matt Murdock.
