Tim pursed his lips together, as he carefully broached the topic that had been on his mind recently. "That's actually something I've been meaning to bring up." He kept his voice even.
"Now that things have settled, and you're recovered. I just… I assumed you might want to think about maybe taking ownership of Wayne Enterprises back. Or at least, have someone else in mind for it."
Bruce tilted his head. "You planning on going somewhere?"
He said it with a low chuckle, easy and offhand, like it hadn't occurred to him as a serious question.
Tim opened his mouth, and paused.
The silence stretched a half beat too long. He was aware of it, and aware that Bruce was aware of it.
