Jason Todd is absolutely certain his new neighbour is an assassin.
Unfortunately for Jason, the man in question smiles like a labrador, laughs at terrible jokes, and nearly drops a microwave on his own foot.
Tim thinks Jason is being dramatic.
Bruce thinks Jason is probably being dramatic.
The Batcomputer, however, disagrees.
Meanwhile Percy Jackson is just trying to live quietly in Gotham, recover from a traumatic trip through literal hell, and absolutely not reveal that his friends are demigods.
This plan immediately fails.

Percy sighs. “You think some fucked up crime city in New Jersey is the perfect place for me to lay low and stay out of trouble?”
“Divine trouble? Greek trouble?” Chiron nods, stroking his chin gravely. Percy’s pretty sure he’s only doing it for dramatic affect. “Oh yes, Percy. Mortal trouble? You are unfortunately on your own for that, I’m afraid. As long as you avoid the Batman, you should be fine.”
Percy stares at him.
“The Batman is real?” He asks finally, afraid of the answer. Chiron just turns back to the fire again, though Percy definitely saw a twinkle in his eye. Stupid old horse.
(Or, Percy Jackson needs to get away from it all. Unfortunately, it doesn't want to get away from him. Was anyone going to tell him the Batman is real?)

Summary
When visiting the campus for Gotham University, Percy and Annabeth couldn't help but feel something...wrong about the whole city. The Greek kind of wrong. Their decision made for them, they decide to investigate as they go to school. But before they can really start their investigation, something goes wrong, and they suddenly have a new objective. One that might put them on the wrong side of the local vigilantes.
Jason Todd's new neighbor has something off about him, something that Jason just cant put a finger on. And as they actually start to become friends, and Jason spends more time around the enigma that seems to be Percy Jackson, he comes to the only logical conclusion.
Percy has to be an assassin.
