Summary
The SDN was a superhero group but they were also a corporation. The Z-Team were friends, but they were also co-workers. They were Robert's family, but he was also their boss. And, in the wake of the Red Ring siege of Los Angeles, he has to learn what being their boss means as heavy casualties necessitate a corporate restructuring. How will Robert choose which two members to transfer away from the Z-team? Can he be their friend and boss at the same time? And how will he balance being a friend to villains with reconnecting with the superhero community he had shut himself off from for 15 years?
And can he figure all this out while his first serious adult romance is exiting the honeymoon phase?
