Summary
Rhaegar Targaryen ascends the throne after the deaths of his father and sister-wife. While he has four strong brothers and a young daughter, his throne is far from stable. Lords clamor to marry his brothers to their daughters, and many have set their eyes on Rhaegar himself. To the west, the kraken chafes against its bonds to throne and mainland and to the east, rumors spread of a rising Blackfyre threat . . . all while Rhaegar wonders at the Song of Ice and Fire he discovered as a youth in the ruins of his family's home, and the need for three heads of the dragon to come forth to confront an ancient threat.
But until his own throne is secure and his heir is born, Rhaegar cannot confront the greater threats the plague his realm. A gathering of dragons makes a rumbling, reverberating thunder, the prelude to the lightning and storms ahead . . .
A re-imagining of Westeros where Rhaella’s children survive birth and Aerys dies a Duskendale. Some of the dates are moved, to account for all these events, and some women are alive because I want them to be.

Some transmigrated souls lament that they are born too late to change much. Not Daeron. If it's one thing he has aplenty, it's time. Queen Aemma dies in her sleep after a difficult pregnancy with her sixth daughter.
Along with Rhaenyra, Viserys is the father to six dragon riding daughters. Still, in his grief and guilt he names Rhaenyra his heir and Princess of Dragonstone.
When his son by Alicent Hightower, Prince Aegon is crowned King, a far bloodier Dance of Dragons commences.
Or. Aemma’s terrible pregnancies bore fruit in the form of six beautiful daughters, Rhaenyra, Alysanne, Jaenara, Daenerys, Aelora and Visenya.
Rhaenyra’s five sisters are not going to be wall flowers on the edge of a dynastic civil war.
Their life, loves and deaths, at the heart of House Targaryen at its height.
Note: I have began to rework my chapters, 1 - 3 have been changed to better reflect the story as I want it to be. The rest will follow. For those who have already read the chapters I have posted, some changes will be important, but the major body of this story will remain the same.

Summary
This story begins during the reign of King Viserys I, except he has two daughters instead of one; Visenya being the eldest and Rhaenyra being the youngest. The story starts right before the tournament for the birth of Baelon - Heir for a Day. Follow Princess Visenya and her dragon, Naerys, through the trials and tribulations of being thrown into a war within her family, lies, betrayals and what it means to be a Targaryen before the Dance of Dragons. This story will loosely follow the books by George R. R. Martin: Fire & Blood, The Rogue Prince/The Princess and the Queen (The Blacks and the Greens) and the show, House of the Dragon.
