Summary
The man smiles, all crooked teeth and yellow stains. "Good boy," he says mockingly.
He waits a long moment before he lets Jonathan go. He stays crowded against him, face close enough to his own that he can feel Merton's breath against his neck, can smell the cigarettes and sweat coming from his skin. The man's eyes take in every twitch and tic of his face with something like amusement.
Like amusement, but not quite. There is something else in the look that Jonathan can't quite place, something that makes him shudder uncomfortably.
----
Agraphobia: the fear of sexual assault
In which Jonathan is sold to a group of men for his father's toxin, and one of them in particular is creepier than in canon.

Summary
Again, Matthew ‘Moron’ Moran has said something undeniably true: no one is stupid enough to break into the Afton house; they do not want to face whatever thing on Earth managed to scare Michael so thoroughly; and, finally—
"Shit! Shit, we have to go."
Because it is only something that is hellish and cold and piercing that could make Michael scream like that. Because Michael is not paranoid or easily intimidated. Because it is frighteningly clear what is happening, and it is frighteningly obvious that something terrible will happen if William sees them.
---
Michael ends up on the wrong side of his father's temper and the even worse end of his father's taser. Fortunately—or unfortunately, depending on who you ask—two of his friend's launch a rescue mission to help him. Surely nothing will go wrong.

Summary
So Jonathan, while not as skilled at justifying the torture of innocents for science, is usually able to excuse the bodies piling up at his feet. He understands the need that precedes the action, even if the total desecration of their bodies make him sick for days after. He understands that science is built on procedural torture and shattered ethics. He understands that this is just how change happens.
But now the body lying before him is his English teacher’s, and Jonathan doesn’t know how to justify that. He doesn’t know if he can.
---
The aftermath of Jonathan's first murder, made worse by the fact that his victim is his language teacher and groomer. Because Jonathan's life is never easy.
