Summary
Snickering to himself, Louis walked further down the aisle. The bus lurched slightly underneath him as it got into motion and he all but fell into the only other open seat.
"Oops," he said, righting himself against the awful-fabricked seat.
"Hi."
Louis looked over to see a guy about his age, slumped down in his seat so his knees were pressed into the one in front of him, with a pair of sunglasses on his face and curls flopping over his forehead. There were shorts high on his thigh, a blob of a tattoo on one of his legs that Louis couldn't quite parse. Still, it startled him for a moment, how attractive he was.
or When Louis meets Harry on the bus to the England World Cup match, he's pretty sure the universe has made it happen.

Summary
It's not unproblematic when your best friend has a habit of biting your neck, your shoulder, or your wrist in public.
This is the story of how Louis and Harry navigate a 20 year friendship where Harry has bitten Louis whenever he craves his attention or needs to be grounded. It comes with a specific set of issues... especially concerning their respective partners.
What does a lake house and a game of truth-or-dare have to do with anything, you ask? Well, the truth has a way of being revealed, and a weekend away with their chaotic friend ground is perhaps all that is needed for Harry and Louis to come face to face with their feelings... fucking finally, their friends would say.- Language:

Summary
The dregs of his drink were almost cloying on his tongue when he downed it, and as he swallowed, he cut his eyes to the right. Across the pub, sitting at the bar, was a man that had Harry's eyes squinting.
Mostly gray hair, tousled into a messy fringe, a sharp nose, and thin lips around the rim of a pint glass. Harry almost spit an ice cube across the room.
He was almost certain, nearly sure, sixty-five percent at least, that that was Andrew's dad.
It's nearly Christmas and Harry is single and third-wheeling at a pub when he thinks he sees his ex's dad. If he wasn't a little tipsy, maybe he would have been able to keep his mouth shut.Bookmarked by StainedSmile

Summary
A little over a week later, Louis was on his laptop paying a few invoices when he came across an email in the shop’s inbox.
Good afternoon,
I don’t know if you remember me, but I was in your shop a week ago to purchase some pastels. We talked about cherry blossoms and you suggested I go to the Parc De Sceaux. It was just as beautiful as you said it would be. While I was painting, I was thinking about your shop. I don’t mean to be untoward, but are you looking for any summer help? I finish my exams in a couple of weeks and it would interest me greatly to assist and learn your craft.
Thank you for your consideration.
Best,
Harry StylesOr the summer before his last year of art school, Harry secures a job working for Louis, a reclusive pastel maker. He doesn't expect that his planned summer of Parisian debauchery will blossom into something much more.

Summary
It’s surprisingly easy to ignore a crush when there are meetings to attend, deadlines looming, and an entire office full of people to hide behind.
At least until an office party makes it impossible to deny the fact that Harry might not be hanging around Louis’ desk for work-related reasons after all.
