  Summary

  This is a wholesome story about regressed Philip and The Collector playing together.

  (There aren't a lot of agere stories surrounding the stinky emperor, so I figured I'd change that. He's like 5 y/o in his mind and has abandonment issues, so of course I'm gonna headcannon him as a regressor.)
