Tales of the Tyrant and the Everlight by Destinee Zara (LadyDestineeZara)
Fandom Star Wars - All Media Types
20 Oct 2025
Summary
This series is made of the main fanfic, Tyrant of the Light, and side stories around it.
All side fanfics are canon to the story of Tyrant, so although they aren't in the main story they might be referenced and mentioned.
If you want to stick just to the main, that's fine. The rest of the series is just extra stuff, probably most of them from a POV other than Dooku.

Summary
PDS: so Kenobi would have been 23? 24? When the padawan came along?
WLF: so probably around 22 for conception. They need time to bake.
PDS: no one can make natborns that young.
FOX: I’m telling you all. Natborns are REALLY good at making other natborns that young. It’s their specialty.
(Cal is assigned to do some cultural education with Obi-Wan on board The Negotiator for a few days and Cody and his batch come to some understandable conclusions.)

Summary
There really was no excuse for it. A clone commander as experienced as Cody should have known better than to touch the odd-looking statuette sitting on the altar, and it was difficult to say what in the galaxy had possessed him to wander over, as if in a daze, and pick it up. Cody supposed that the strange compulsion could be what the General would describe as “guidance from the Force”; Cody would call it a spell of temporary madness and hope that he would not get too strong a reprimand for his lapse in judgement.

Summary
The Kaminoan tilts his head with a small smile. As if he’s trying to be indulgent for the Jedi’s sake. “Well yes, you and your fellow Jedi, Master Kenobi. They were made for the Jedi - and since the Jedi serve the Republic. It was implied they would do so too.”
‘They were made for the Jedi.’ Obi-Wan thinks in a daze. Clinging to that one sentence and grappling with all the implications buried within it as the Force around him pulses with tension. ‘For...for us? For me?’
What can that possibly mean?
----------------
Or; the Clones are really, and truly, perfectly made for the Jedi. The real issue is that it seems the Jedi are just as perfectly made for the Clones. This throws a major wrench in the works for the Darkside when the Jedi aren't very willing to let their men die. Not even on the senate's orders.

Summary
Dooku feels Qui-Gon cutting all his bonds after Xanatos' fall.
He is painfully aware of the consequences that could have. Has. Especially for mid-mission Shadow Feemor.
Feemor was in the middle of a high-stakes stakeout, when suddenly, without any warning, Qui-Gon cuts their bond. Rips it apart, more like it. Feemor isn't in a high-stakes stakeout any longer after that.
In which Dooku blanks for a few days, saves a caught-eavesdropping-on-smugglers Feemor and Feemors brand new, one-sided rescue project in the form of a very unconscious teen Jango Fett, and starts his career as a hobby cook and freestyle gardener.
Neither of the parties realize their respective affiliations until it's almost too late.
