Yugi still called Atem “Other Me,” sheepish at first at the slip-ups, but Atem could only associate the nickname with warmth and his memories with his partner. He couldn’t imagine being called anything else by him. For that reason, Atem stuck to his own habit as well, calling Yugi “Aibou” like always, for he was still his partner, and now for life.
