Although on rare occasions, students request meetings with me, this is the first time one has requested the presence of two teachers for the meeting.”
Izuku nodded. “I’m sorry for the inconvenience, Principal, but I wanted to give this to you in person. Since Mr. Aizawa and All Might are my homeroom and heroics course teachers, respectively, I felt it would be best if they were here.” Izuku stood and handed Nezu a piece of paper. Despite his nervousness, somehow his hand remained steady.
Nezu’s eyebrows shot up. “Is this…?”
“Yes, sir,” Izuku said. “That is my request to transfer. I apologize that I had to design the form myself, since the school doesn’t appear to have an official form.”

Set in a fantasy world with creature hybrids and humans, some living more modern lives in cities and towns while others prefer the open wild, Shouta Aizawa prefers to live in the country side away from people. His closest neighbors are a 15 minute walk to a nearby lake. He'd deny it forever but the mermaid and harpy that live at the lake are his closest friends.
One fateful day Aizawa decided to go nap in his sleeping bag in a nearby clearing seeing as how Hizashi is always yelling at him that he needs to get out more. Well, now he's been woken up by a small moth hybrid child who has mistaken him for a wingless moth.
The small moth is clearly all alone so the man does the only sensible thing, temporarily die inside from the cute child, and then go ask his friends for advice on how to raise a moth.

Midoriya Izuku has always been written off as weird. As if it's not bad enough to be the quirkless weakling, he has to be the weird quirkless weakling on top of it.
But truthfully, the "weird" part is the only part that's accurate. He's determined not to be a weakling, and in spite of what it says on paper, he's not actually quirkless. Even before meeting All-Might and taking on the power of One For All, Izuku isn't quirkless.
Not that anyone would believe it if he told them.

Summary
Every time he goes to the burn store, the boy with white hair boy is there, the severity of both their burns increasing with each visit. They go about the usual routine of the boy picking out the best burn creams, two for each of them nowadays, and paying for them as Izuku covers his eyes with his hands so he doesn’t read out the numbers accidentally. Except for this time, the boy doesn’t immediately head off, instead gesturing for him to follow.
“Come on, let’s go to the park. I can teach you how to put your cream on the right way,” He grins and Izuku is about to follow him like a duckling when he remembers being told not to follow strangers. Something about secondary locations. This boy doesn’t feel like a stranger, but how would Izuku know? They don’t even know each other’s names-
“I don’t know your name!” He says it with all the outrage it deserves. They’ve known each other for weeks, how rude must Izuku have looked to never introduce himself!
The other boy looks conflicted, and for one frightening moment Izuku worries perhaps the boy is big, bad, and scary before he shrugs his shoulders and half-smiles.
“...Touya.”

Izuku is used to being used to better Bakugo Katsuki. It's nothing new in his life. All the teachers at Middle school ignored how he was abused by the blonde and the other students. They ignored the damage done to his body and spirit. When Izuku got into U.A. he thought it would all change. It would no longer be just about Bakugo but himself as well.
To bad it was a complete lie and it seemed that it still all revolved around the blonde while Izuku was the one who got scolded and told off. Well, he's had enough and Izuku is going to let everyone know.
Even if it means he has to leave the blonde behind during their final exams as he passes through that gate alone.
