Summary
After being sealed in Muken, Aizen experiences an unintended side effect of his hollowfied attempt at godhood: he appears to now be subjected to the same mating cycle that many hollows experience. This would always be less than ideal, but completely sealed away and immobilized by the kido that binds him, it is downright disastrous. Driven to madness and desperation repeatedly over the next few years, it is a very different Aizen that Kyouraku and Urahara unseal to help fight Yhwach.
What happens when his heat returns while he and Urahara are recovering from their own battles, and it seems that Kisuke's own exposure to the Hogyoku has left him altered and equally, opposingly, vulnerable to this hormonal flux? Pheromones and instincts- are they enough to overrule the better judgement of two highly intelligent shinigami, or perhaps will this quirk of biology only expose what already laid below the surface?
