Summary
It's a funny thing, really.
He was supposed to be having fun at a small little party, laughing and singing with his friends as they tipped wine glasses together. He was supposed to be intoxicated, out of his mind as he blabber about some nonsense that everyone would forget by tomorrow.
It's even funnier when you consider that he was sitting on his couch with a bottle of wine in his hands, staring at the ceiling as the fan spun.
___Mary and his lamb, following him with total devotion. Miles Edgeworth wished it had gone away.

Summary
"This is… I shouldn't have…" is what Gepard starts to whisper with a scrunch of his expression. Forehead still touching against Sampo's and skin delightfully pink. The timbre of his voice low and quiet as if it could shatter this like glass.
"Don't think," is what Sampo suddenly repeats like salvation, because he started to do just that and it is cracking. He doesn't want to contemplate why, he just wants to lose himself again. Indulge in his brief cameo on the stage.
"…But what about—"
Sampo cuts Gepard off by leaning in.

Summary
Screwllum is well aware of the fact that his partner does not sleep very well.
He knew this before he even started their relationship. He remembers the way that his eyes would flutter when he thought no one was looking, remembers the way that his perfect posture would go lax, remembers the way that the man had all but collapsed into a chair the moment it was offered to him. He also remembers the way that his thighs shook when he finally got to stop carrying his weight.
It is why he is not surprised when that man comes into his room, stumbling slightly as he rubs his eyes and closes the door behind him with his foot.

Summary
“Stephen? Inquiry: Is everything alright?” Screwllum asks gently, his gaze tracking every small, minuscule movement that the boy makes and he slightly regrets asking when he sees him curl further into himself. He knows that regret is not something that he should dwell on when the question had to be asked eventually but still Stephan should not have to be this upset.
“Could I sleep in here tonight? Please?” Screwllum feels the code for surprise run through his processors as he listens to those words, to that small voice sounding even more meek than it typically does and he has to consciously stop himself from asking what happened. There is no way for the boy to injure himself and his staff are all too kind to get stern with a child enough to send him running like this.
“Yes, of course.” Screwllum ends up settling on, his words perhaps just a bit too gentle seeing how the boy eyes him almost warily for 2.4 seconds before beginning to walk up to the bed. By the time he stops in front of it, Screwllum has run over fifty different calculations on how this may end up going. Not many of them are particularly good.
