Summary
When you finally quit your job, it was with an edge of despair. You had no other source of income, after all, and no one to rely on but yourself.
It was fine, though. It had to be. There was a whole summer ahead of you to get yourself together, and though some part of it was dreading it, another was almost excited. No ties meant no one to tell you what to do. No one to tell you who to be.
You were alone, and you told yourself you’d be fine with it.
Only when you got home, after hanging your keys on the hook and sighing, did you realize there was a complete stranger lying unconscious on your couch.
…so much for a relaxing summer.
Hi there!! This is inspired by the fic Two’s Company, Eight’s a Crowd! Except, uh, I wanted to take this a completely different way. This is all platonic.
…I have literally no plan for this fuck it we ball. Will not go past Part 6 for now because I'm not familiar with the rest (< anime only feel free to laugh)

What was inside? That was a good question, Dewey wondered, blinking at what seemed like an IKEA set for kids. There was a note for him beside the instructions, which he was partially tempted to toss before his curiosity won out.
“FOR DEWEY- WHO WANTS FOR THE THRILL OF ADVENTURE.”
