Summary
Shinsou could not shake the feeling that everything was reaching a sudden stop and taking him along with it. He knew what he needed to do and the thought alone made him sick, nauseous in a way that made his skin crawl. Addiction was one thing he could explain in detail, the biological consequences of substance abuse (having watched it up close and personal during his undercover missions).
But being addicted to a person? That was something Shinsou could not understand nor respect.
Yet here he was, embarrassingly so, to the point where he needed him to stay sane. Shinsou hated himself and hated every decision he made to get to this point; nevertheless, there he stood – outside his old teachers’ small apartment, wet, crying and praying he was alone.

Shinsou needs Aizawa's love and comfort and having a breakdown is the only way he can get it.
