Summary
Yagi Toshinori watched the green haired boy walk away after saving his friend and shook his head. While the boy's actions were heroic, he was just too reckless. He walked in the opposite direction, thinking about a time he could meet the candidate Sir Nighteye put forward.
Izuku Midoriya goes home and decides that, even if he can't be hero himself, he can still help them with his analysis. Cue Izuku catching the attention of multiple heroes who are a little more open-minded and willing to see the potential in a quirkless kid.

This is an orphaned work.
Izuku Midoriya has always been observant. He makes connections that other people don't, and that's why he's so good at quirk analysis. It's why he can see just how much is wrong with hero society, too.
He may be Quirkless, but Izuku will not let that stop him. He's going to change the way that things are, and that starts with getting himself into UA. People might not ever take him seriously, but he'll prove him wrong each and every time that they doubt him.
Izuku is going to be a hero. He's going to be a hero for people just like him: the ones who are Quirkless and told that they'll never amount to anything. He's going to be a hero for people who have undesirable quirks, whether they're weak or "villainous". He's going to be a hero that understands the difference between criminal and villain, because too many people seem to be forgetting that difference. Izuku is going to be a hero who advocates and fights for change. He's going to be a hero who believes in giving villains second chances because they're people too.
Izuku Midoriya is going to do more than change the system. He's going to break it.

Summary
There is a vigilante on the streets of Musutafu, who's capture numbers are putting nearly every hero in Japan to shame. No one can ever find them, much less bring them in, and the list of their possible quirks is a mile long. Their name is Lucky Kitten, a failed attempt by the police to shame them into stopping.
Eraserhead is Detective Tsukauchi's last resort to try and bring Lucky Kitten in, every other trustworthy underground hero having already tried and failed. Eraser, however, doesn't feel particularily motivated to actually try and catch someone who's doing so much good, illegal or not. Apparently treating Lucky as a cowoker is enough to bring them out of the shadows, and he gets to know the person behind the mask, but he can never quite shake the creeping feeling that Lucky isn't as old as they've been assuming.
Midoriya Izuku became a vigilante at five years old, when he started throwing bricks at villains, or hitting them with a heavy backpack. His mother never notices, and wouldn't care enough to stop him if she did. He grows up saving people, and as soon as he's able, he'll start doing it legally. The world needs a quirkless hero.

Well an ordinary boy who is unknowingly the child of Japan's Demon Lord.Mistakenly diagnosed as "Quirkless," The Izuku's dreams of heroism crumbles in his hands at the words of the doctor. Adding fuel to the fire as his mother failed at supporting her child, when they really needed them.
But Izuku's father, chose to pick up his son's dreams in other ways that didn't involve a quirk. Zen Shigaraki, All For One, or more commonly known by his fake name "Hisashi" arrived back from work and collosed, HIS and only HIS Inko.
Before taking his child into his arms and becoming Izuku's personal hero. Teaching…his…child that their was more to the world than just focusing about quirks of heroes, teaching the small boy about support items and how they help heroes. Re-igniting the fire in his son's eyes by refocusing that spark to help.
later, putting his child to sleep after dinner. All For One would go on to find that his child DID have a quirk. All For One world attempt to try and steal his son's quirk, only for his quirk to be reject and mixed together with the Izuku's quirk resulting in the creation of; Steal and Replicate.

At twelve, he could explain the longing that defined his childhood fantasies.
At thirteen, he desperately clung to the words his Father whispered into his ears that summer before he had become too busy for his quirkless son.
But at fourteen, when he awoke panting with One For All crackling at his fingertips, he could not explain the low hanging fog, no clouds, that covered his bedroom.
