    He sounds so fond that Buck forgets to be offended.
    “Well, is there?”
    “Cuddle him,” Eddie answers. “He’ll let you know if there’s something he wants.”
    “How?” Buck asks. “I don’t speak wolf, Eds.”
    “You’ll understand him,” Eddie says. Like Buck is supposed to get what it means. He doesn’t, for the record. “You’ll be fine and if not, just call for me, okay? I’ll hear you.”
    “Do you have super-hearing?”
    “Ah, so he does have questions.”
    “I’m tired. This is bullying.”

    Or the one where Eddie and Chris are werewolves and just cuddle with Buck.
