“You will simply know it when you finally feel it, sweetie,” Io had answered. Till had thought it was a dumb response. “I can't describe the feeling since it's really unique, but it feels like...”

Ivan makes the first move. He pinches the torn bandages and carefully peels it off, mesmerized by the residue adhesive sticking onto the pink pectorals. He didn’t mean to be rough, yet a small droplet of milk clings onto his fingers, like a stream of surprise waiting to be unraveled.
“We have come to a conclusion, Till.”
It’s never great news when they collaborate. They must be brewing up trouble under Till’s eyelids.
“Okay…?” Till nods, reassuring Ivan to continue with his diagnosis.
“Your lactation issue is internal. Thus, our hypothesis is, an external factor could counter this issue.”
“Explain, then?” His sixth instinct is correct.
“We’ll just have to fuck you hard enough so you’ll squirt all the milk out.”
or - IVTI 2v1, Till is stuck with a peculiar conundrum; and the Ivan twins decide to solve this matter with their own hands <3

Summary
Till would often see Ivan with a pretty omega and sometimes even alphas hanging off his arms so when Ivan entered the mating run, Till had thought Ivan had reached enlightenment and grew from his fuckboy ways.
Clearly, Till is embarrassingly far off the mark with the way Ivan is latching onto Till like he is a feral animal reduced to his base possessive instincts.
