"C-A-U-L-K!", Megii emphasised each letter, "Caulk!" Lukey stared blankly at Megii. "Oh yeah, it's real! I can tell what you're thinking, and it is not that, get your mind out the gutter. It's a perfectly innocent window-sealant-sludge-thing. In fact, there's probably so much leftover—"
Lukey put his hands in his trouser pockets and shrugged. "Never would have guessed there'd be an abundance of caulk in the academy, huh."
Megii rolled her eyes. "Oh, save it. AJ has already made every caulk joke ever."
Lukey groaned as if this was his greatest burden to bear yet.
Megii saves Lukey's leaky window from his own plots to 'fix' it, and Lukey gives Megii some insight into that odd headpiece he wears all the time.

Summary
Scott didn't ask for any of this. He just wanted to live his life, and now he's been thrown headfirst into the chaos that is Oakhurst and all the bloody truths that entails.
Or, what if Scott was a young (human) noble left behind by his carriage? What if nearly everyone in Oakhurst was just a little different? A reimagining of canon where I force Scott into situations for my amusement

Summary
Scott looked up towards the Obelisk again, dread creeping up on his senses.
Abolish was standing beside the corrupted beacon. The blood red color lit the shadows of the Obelisk and more importantly his face. Abolish took his hand off the beacon.
"Oh." The butler paused, "Hi Scott."
There was red in his eyes, a deeper shade of crimson replaced the calm amber of his pupils.
"A-Abolish?"
The Count stuttered, taken aback by the sight of his butler and the red surrounding him.
"You shouldn't be out here alone." Abolish said, his voice was flat. He hopped down from the structure.
or An AU where Abolish is Scott's butler but Abolish is the vampire that's hundreds of years old and Scott is a runaway count who brought his trusty butler with him!

Summary
The militia of Oakhurst has done it! They've cut off the head of the beast by curing the head of the coven: the cruel and unforgiving Scott Goldsmith.
But, as the militia (and Pearl) learns of the mysterious group camping out just outside of the Oakhurst border, they realize just how many lies they've been fed, by Scott, by each other, by other townspeople, and by their families.
Now, they must navigate secrets, magic, family drama, a weird magic illness threatening the town, and a new challenger filling the power vacuum caused by Scott's disappearance, any of which may end up being their undoing.
