The matter becomes more pressing when news of him birthing a Marked Prime reaches Optimus' audials, making the Prime spring into action before things get out of hand and news of it makes its way to the public.
Time moves forward, and danger that'll threaten their current era looms in the shadows. How will things end this time?

Lockdown stared at Drift, still recharging, probably in a deep defrag if he really had to guess. He’s pretty sure that he won't wake up any time soon, so he steps out of the apartment and into the hallway. Narrowly avoiding a white and red sparkling as he runs through the hallway with a giggle.
“Smokescreen! Watch where you’re going!” yelled who Lockdown assumed was the mechling's creator.
“Ri lets me!” shouted the sparkling.
“No he doesn’t!”

One must wonder what the Father was thinking when He shaped Mankind from dust and expected it to emerge spotless and pure. Pitiful Mankind! Forever denied the elation of being untarnished!
Archangel Gabriel stood closest to Mankind. He witnessed how it created its own virtues, how it yearned for the supremacy of angels, and how it eventually fell to be one of the greatest sinners to have lived in 1914. It instilled consciousness in cogs and gears, conceiving monsters so accursed that it disgusted their own creator. War machines, they called their mimicry of life. War machines meant to wipe out all of mankind in the name of their ego.
He had seen the birth of these monsters, and he will see the birth of the one to end it all. With the Earth at its dying gasp in the hands of Earthmovers, Mankind creates its last child: a machine by the name of V1. Gabriel wonders, why do they pour so much love and care during its creation knowing its extinction will be the one thing V1 can offer?
He wants to understand Mankind's obsession with this little blue robot, and what other way to do that than sneak into their laboratories?
