Her gaze swept across the bar looking for familiar dark curls and green eyes but instead, she clashed with silver ones amused by her appearance. Malfoy was standing alone sipping a glass of fire whisky draped in his signature black suit, no tie, the signet ring reflecting the nearby candlelight.
Okay then, option number two. Hermione headed straight for the bar.

Oceanus did not cave at the end of the first titan war, nor the second. In fact because Poseidon has often gone to Olympus when they needed help, he could be considered as winning this war. Amphitrite has gone to beg for him to give in for her children, her people, and her husband. Only Oceanus will not treat with her, nor any of her blood. He will treat with Percy Jackson.
Otherwise known as Percy ends up having to treat with Oceanus to avoid the third titan war and slowly figures out a lot about himself and his future as he does so.

If Buck thought the aftermath of the lawsuit was bad, it had nothing – absolutely nothing – on the Winchesters barreling into his life, finding out the apocalypse was imminent, that his own death was a seal, and a demon hitting on him.
He really should have realized that when an angel shows up to stop you from throwing yourself off a bridge, that it isn’t always a good thing.

After the lawsuit, Buck is back at work, hoping to reconcile. Only...it doesn't go as planned. His family hates him and after a lifetime of rejection it's one hit too many. Buck plans his goodbye…only a certain angel stops him, 'borrows' him, hands him the Winchester-patented starter's guide to hunting manual, and gives him purpose again. Too bad that angel was so busy saving Buck, they forgot about the goodbye letters left in the loft.
