Wemmbu was tired of this world. He had been tired of it since the incident, but due to the strict, extremely stupid rules of the dumb curse that was put on him- namely the ability to world-hop, he wasn't able to. Not until he had done something of worth, which usually meant making history.
So now he had to figure out how to do that, and deal with his grief. Hooray.
Or
Lifesteal, Wemmbu, 4C, Squiddo and the Orbital Strike Cannon but with an extra side of grief!

Many centuries ago, magic jewels bestowing extraordinary powers were created. These were the Arcanas. Throughout history, heroes have used these jewels for the good of the human race but lately villains have used these Arcanas for evil to gain power and control.
Two of these Arcanas are more powerful than the others; the Bracelet of the Macaw, which provides the power of creation; and the Necklace of the Voidling, which grants the power of destruction. According to legend, whoever controls both these jewels at the same time will achieve absolute power and could make a wish that both breaks and recreates reality.
The Bracelet of the Macaw has yet to be found after being lost for Centuries. However, the Necklace of the Voidling was in the hands of a person who will soon realize how much potential and power he possessed that could make this Universe Unstable.

Summary
Parrot has learnt a few things about how this time travel thing works:
1. It is a time loop, not a second chance.
2. His body resets every loop, every injury, body modification, and physical pain. (He can't say the same for mentally) other than Theo's feather and Wifies' pendant.
3. He is sent in any point of time when Wifies was on Unstable. (No before, no after)
4. A loop ends whenever either he or Wifies dies. (He dies a little after Wifies, passing out, then sleep taking him quietly)
....it's always Wifies, isn't it?
Parrot tries to save Wifies. Not just Wifies, but mainly Wifies... In multiple ways, some may disagree with the ethics, but it's the only thing he can really do in a situation such as this. Over, and over, and over... and over again. This doesn't go so well considering a lot of things.
Or, Parrot is a time looper, (for the sole reason to save his ex-best friend) shown in fragments of his 'time'.
OR OR: Odyssey duo is a little bit insane for 5 chapters.

Two villain parents, and both dead.
Wemmbu’s life has always been one riddled with all sorts of problems and violence. Always on the run, always picking fights, and trying to survive. After many grueling years of working in dangerous conditions and chasing off relatives, he scraps his way out of the bottom he can finally settle down with a small cafe in District 10 of Unstable City.
However, just as he was settling on his well earned peaceful life a random villain attacks nearby and Wemmbu finds himself in a dire situation. When he thought he was going to die and lose his cafe, a strange light struck them and from it was a strange floating eyeball that called itself Eggchan and offered him powers.
Now armed with abilities (and a stupid magical girl outfit) he has to help fix the balance of the world and find a way home for Eggchan.
or I write an Au where egg is his greatest strength and not his greatest weakness actually. POWER OF FRIENDSHIP TYPE SHIT!

Wemmbu has a problem. Well, he has a considerable number of problems- but this one might take the cake.
He has a job.
Standing alone, that isn't bad. Until you add the fact that he's practically a villain.
...Yeah, who is he fooling? He is definitely a villain- known all throughout the city. Though, it's not fun having to wake up 3 hours after fighting your rival, with injuries littered throughout your entire body to the point where it hurts to move- in order to work.
...But, how hard could it be to juggle work and a villain identity? (Apparently it was pretty hard.)
