Summary
Think Big Mistakes, but if Stevie, David, and Patrick were forced into it. A drug lord from Alexis’s past is released from prison. Wanting to make up for what he's lost, he seeks her out. Too high profile for his needs, he finds the perfect replacement in her small town brother, David Rose, whose business and life is just under the radar enough to rebuild his empire. When David, Patrick, and Stevie, are forced to run a casino and a church just outside of town for his money laundering schemes, they get thrown into a world of power and greed none of them were built for.

Summary
So this story, is, a lot. The idea starts off as what if Stevie and David, in a time of finding randoms, find eachother. In this they find their own love story, until 9 years later, tragedy strikes during a robbery at the apothecary, and David’s world as he knows it falls apart, until, of course, he builds it back up again.
This is a story about making things work, about love, and grief. Falling in love, grieving, loving again, and being kept together by things and people you least expected.
Please read my notes, some of these parts can be incredibly triggering, and you don’t need them to read the rest, but they are there. Patrick and David don’t come into play until I think Chapter 25
Yes, they do have a kid. And I understand the hesitancy in wanting to read that again this, saga, essentially, is so much. But, watching him and Alexis, him in general, I think if he had too, he’d be a great parent, this explores that. She is vital to the story don’t read if it isn’t your vibe.
Also, Time warped. Beginning of s2 happens in s1, David makes it to NY, 5 months later he comes back, the motel deal between Stevie and Johnny has already gone through but the apothecary comes in later, and we go from there. AU -

Ambrose rushed to Prudence, his hand grasping her cheek as tears blinded his vision. He remembered the shrieks of Latecia’s little voice as he left her to Sabrina… how cold Prudence felt in his arms as he carried her to the embalming room, silent weeps begging her to stay, that centuries could not be long enough for the two of them. 13 years had passed since that miserable day, yet it was still the only memory to carry him into the morning and haunt him well into the night. Now, every year on their daughter’s birthday he tells himself he made the right decision in taking them away from the Order of Hecate and any trouble they were bound to stir up.
In which Ambrose is finally finished with getting pulled into his family's disasters, forgetting he needs them much more than he doesn’t. Not about Prudence's death in S3. I also want to clarify the end of season 4 gets fixed because I simply refuse to acknowledge it as permanent. This is a future fic, in which Sabrina and Nick have come back, and I also decided to explore Prudence’s mother’s side of the family as well. -
