Rejoice stared at Tai with a determined spark in his eyes. He was no longer carrying that infuriatingly obnoxious smile he always carried around, his shoulders stiff as if it was holding up the weight of the world.
Tai's eyes widened in shock, the gears in his mind suddenly malfunctioning as if it had encountered a foreign and indistinguishable thought. "What?"

Tai and Rejoice knew of each other through a friend because said friend keeps mentioning the other whenever he's with the other one, though, they've never actually met.
Then, voilá.
They finally got to meet each other.
In prison, of course.

"Rejoice!" He heard Tai's frustrated shout not even tens of meters behind him. "Will you just stop this whole shit of yours??"
Rejoice's voice pitched higher as another one of his totems popped. Adjusting his stance, he grabbed a new one and strapped it on his hip. He quickly stole a glance over his shoulder, eyes widening in pure panic as he saw Tai and Noob still running hot on his back.
