What was once a lab, the inscription of ‘GIW’ still visible on the outside, was completely covered in ice. This could make sense given the lab was stationed in Antarctica, but the ice pulsed with green light. Normal ice did not pulse with green light.

Summary
Danny Fenton: protector, ghost, and college drop out. Still living at home and burnt out, Danny is barely hanging on to any sense of normalcy. It doesn't help that he doesn't feel safe at home- or anywhere for that matter. Too much to do, too many duties, and not enough time to do any of it.
Dash Baxter: reformed bully, self-taught cook, and Casper High School's newest gym teacher. He never thought he would be moving back to Amity Park, but with his mother newly divorced and their relationship improving, Dash is giving the town another chance. Maybe he can settle down.
Amity Park isn't big enough to keep Danny and Dash apart for too long- and Dash soon finds himself trying to keep Danny from imploding in on himself.

There weren’t any others in the Realms like Danny. There were those with Realms cores and those that could not necessarily freely, but purposefully venture into the Universes but there weren’t both. The magic didn’t work like that. Even for Primordials. Until Danny.

Danny would take almost. He would also figure out what almost even meant. Probably complain to Clockwork for making him figure it out alone.

But as the attacks increase, a dark protector rises from the depths. Marinette has a secret no one knows. At night she uses a forbidden gem called the Miraculous which houses a sinister creature called Tikki, lending her power so she can become the Absolute Ladybug.
Her mission: find the one creating the Akuma and take her revenge on the one who took her mother. Will she have the will to stop herself from being consumed by the darkness in her heart or is she already too far gone?

He hides the body there, covering it with leaves and loose dirt, hands shaking so badly he nearly drops it twice. He presses a flat stone over the shallow grave, fingers tracing meaningless patterns in the moss. In the hush, he whispers words he doesn’t understand, the words dying in the sound of the wind.
He stands back, breathless, chest hollow. His hands are raw, they don’t feel like his own.
Twilight gathers around him, the woods watching. The trees whisper overhead, branches clicking like bones. Danny looks up at the first stars pricking through the blue, their light pale and indifferent. He feels the weight of the world settle on him, cold and inexorable.
He is alone.
