خب، این چیزی بود که انسان ها همیشه می گفتند. یک قرار فقط یک توافق بود. و بخشی از توافق آنها بود، چون فقط یک سال پیش وقتی ازیرافیل فکر کرده بود که دیگر قرار است قهر بمانند و دیگر هیچ وقت دوباره مثل قبل نمی شوند، کرولی او را نجات داده بود و کتاب هایش را با یک پوزخند ناشی از خودآگاهی به او بازگردانده بود، به طوری که گویی داشت قلبش را پیشکش میکرد...
این یک قرار نبود. رابطه ی عاشقانه ای هم بین آنها وجود نداشت. کرولی اگر میدانست حتما به این فکر میخندید.

“It’s quite the opposite, actually. I’ve come to help you,” Alastor said, as if it wasn’t the most ridiculous thing Vox had ever heard.
“How stupid do you think I am?”
“Exceedingly so,” Alastor smirked and Vox scowled. He’d walked right into that one.
Alastor held up his hands in a sassy, little shrug. “But as I told you earlier, you helped me break a chain that’s been a thorn in my side for a very long time. So I believe I owe you more than a simple thank you. Look, I even brought you a gift.”

Vox is forced to deal with the consequences of his failed takeover of Heaven in the worst way he can imagine. Being left alone with his own thoughts. Thankfully, his arch rival and old crush Alastor shows up to distract him.

Summary
After Vox's failed attempt at starting a war against heaven, he has lost everything. Weeks later, he is still picking up the scraps of his destroyed reputation. As his desperation and need for validation peak, he makes a deal with a mysterious demon who grants him the power to give one command to one person. Vox uses this dark power on Alastor to make him love him more than anyone else could. At first it was a dream come true, but things get out of hand rapidly as the power doesn't work the way Vox hoped it would.

Summary
Alastor took a long drag of his cigarette, exhaling with a sigh as he watched the smoke curl in the air in front of him. He had to go see Vox. It had been too long, and there was a small, yet not insignificant part of Alastor.... that was worried.
Alastor wasn’t good with feelings – he wasn’t good with other people’s feelings, and he was even worse with his own. And going to talk with Vox most likely meant having to confront both. And Alastor hated that.
He put the cigarette out, groaning. It would be far, far easier to not have feelings at all. Yet unfortunately he was cursed with them, and right now, they demanded he go see Vox. He had waited long enough.

Alastor and Vox reconcile post season 2, somehow. Vox is doing terribly, Alastor isn't doing great either, but by god do these idiots love each other and I'm forcing them to hold hands.

Summary
After the Heaven takeover fail leaves Vox at the lowest point of his afterlife, he makes a wish he never expected to come true: for Alastor to love him and be his. At first, it feels like a dream come true. But as devotion twists into obsession and Alastor becomes increasingly unlike himself, Vox realizes getting everything he ever wanted may have been the worst thing that could have happened. Now Vox is left trying to undo the damage with the reluctant help of a version of Alastor from six months in the past—a version who is not cursed, is very aware of what Vox has done, and is trying not to strangle him over it.
In other words: Vox uses a wish locket to make Alastor fall in love with him. The results might not be what he thought he wanted.
