Summary
For all that I’ve wanted to move somewhere like Washington or Oregon or Colorado, I’ve never truly prepared myself for the reality of the situation. I moved from my hometown or home-city of Atlanta, Georgia to Forks, Washington.
And okay, I’m not technically me. I got mixed up in some wibbly-wobbly-timey-wimey shit like Doctor Who, except worse because I’m 20, not fucking 17. Most don’t think about the difference there, but I do, and I know just how fucking terrible I was at that age. I’ve grown and changed for the better in those three (three-and-a-half) years.
Yet, here I am, 17 and driving with my mom as she tries reassuring me about Forks.
I stare out the window as the trees pass and hope to god the Twilight characters aren’t real. If they are, I’ve really got a bad time ahead of me.
