I genuinely suck at summaries, but basically Toga dies unhappy and unsatisfied. But after praying to god in her last moment, she wakes up in the past. She plans to become what the girl she loves would like, a hero. But Toga isn't doing it only for her, she's planning to save the past (or future?) League members from themselves and villainy.
