Yes, tests as in multiple tests, because Aemond hadn’t wanted to be anything less than certain before he went about booking maester’s appointments his family could potentially learn of. Secrecy had been the key to this whole operation from the start, no length taken too far if it meant their families wouldn’t find out.
(Or, Aemond and Luke fuck around and find out).

Or the royal family hosts a mating hunt in the Kingswood and it is not an event Lucerys can get himself out of. Much to Aemond's relief.
