Summary
Harley Quinn was recruited to Task Force X during her time at Belle Reve. She is a ball of energy, always laughing or smiling at something. She does whatever she desires, whenever she desires. Despite her ditzy external persona, Harley possesses a surprising amount of intelligence. Behind her silly and carefree persona, she has a side of her filled with love for those she cares about. Rick Flag is a patriotic colonel who works for ARGUS under the command of Amanda Waller. While he has a serious aura to him, he has a softer, humorous side that is shown to a very select few. Why does Harley Quinn seem to magnify this side of him more than anyone? And why does Rick Flag bring out Harley’s sensitive, emotional side?
